Thank you for a relaxing stay. The hotel offers toast, cereals, muffins, and hot waffles for breakfast. The employees are very helpful and outstandingly accommodating. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located then to top everything off.

The setting was absolutely perfect, right by downtown Charlotte, airport and free airport shuttle. Besides, it was 2 miles away from Queen Charlotte Statue. The room was well priced and modern, with a private bathroom.

Characterful base for 1 night in Charlotte, newly renovated and nice hotel. Attentive staff at reception desk, favourable location. Found in an ideal area. Quite close to the airport, 0.5 miles, perfect for an early flight.

The breakfast choices were limited. No beverages available during the day. Customer service was non-existent. Room was not ready upon arrival. Unfriendly staff. TV did not work. Blood stain on comforter. Wouldn't recommend. Poor treatment of guests.

Queen room was with central heating, pay television and a microwave oven. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the staff was amicable and respectful. The hotel's location was favourable, just off the airport, Waffle House and downtown Charlotte. We didn't feel like leaving and would stay here again, loved the venue.

The hotel was located short walk to Charlotte as well as the airport in plenty of time. The location was marvellous, met wonderful stuff at reception desk. It also was in a good area.

The area was awful.

The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, just next door to airport as well as different areas. Loved our rooms in the sink. There were cereal, toast, muffins and hot waffles in bar during breakfast.
